Onion paratha





Ingredients:

11/2 cup Wheat flour
1/4 cup chickpea flour(besan)
1 large onion finely chopped
1 tblsp red chilly powder
1 big tblsp oil
1/2 tblsp haldi powder
1 tblsp dhania powder
1 green chilly finely chopped
1/2 cup coriander leaves
Ghee
Salt according to taste


Directions:

Mix all the above ingredients together. Add water accordingly to make a nice thick dough(dont make it too soft)

Now prepare the balls from the dough and then rolls the balls to give it a roti shape.

Now fry the paratha from both sides in ghee(pour ghee generously :)).

Serve it with sauce or pudina-mirchi chutney

Pizza

Yummy Yummy pizza without oven


Ingredients:


Pizza Base
1 cup Green Pepper cut into round slices
1 cup Onion cut into round slices
1 cup Tomato cut into round slices
1 cup grated Cheese


Pizza Sauce
1 Large Tomato
2 green chillies
1 small onion
2 tblsp butter
5 cloves garlic
1 tblsp Tomato Ketchup
salt to taste

Directions:

Pizza Sauce
1) Remove the tomato seeds and chop it.Chop the onion and chillies. Make a paste of all these ingredients with garlic in mixer
2)Heat butter in a pan. Add the paste and cook for 5 mins. Add1 1 tblsp tomato ketchup.


3) Heat a nonstick pan.Keep the pizza base. Add 3 tblsp of the above prepared tomato sauce.

4)Place the pepper, onion and tomato slices(Any other toppings can be added). Add the grated cheese on the top. Cover it with a lid. Check after 5 mins. Pizza is done(The base comes our fluffy)
