Falafal(Chickpea bhajia)

Falafel..A mediterranean delicacy. Just like Indian bhajia.


Ingredients:


1 cup soaked Garbanzo beans
3 garlic cloves
1 cup coriander leaves
1 tblsp jeera powder
3-4 tblsp lemon juice
2 tblsp chickpea flour
2 green chillies
Oil for frying
salt to taste

Directions:

1) Grind coarsely all the ingredients. Add chickpea flour. Make sure the mixture is not too moist.
2) Heat oil in a kadhai. Once the oil is hot turn down to medium.
3) Take a tblsp of mixture make smal balls. Gently leave it into the oil. Fry till Golden brown.(Cook in medium flame so that the falfal is cooked from inside also)
4) Remove it i a tissue paper to drain out the excess oil.
