Ingredients:
1 cup besan(chickpea flour)
1 tblsp owa(ajwain)
1/2 tblsp haldi powder
Bread
Cheese Cubes
1 cup water
1 tblsp baking soda
2 green chillies finely chopped
salt to taste
Oil for frying
Bread slices
Directions:
1) Cut cheese cubes into 3 slices.
2) Cut bread into 4 squares.
3) Take besan. Mix in salt, haldi, baking soda, chllies, water and make a thin batter
4)Place the cheese slices between the two bread slices and dip it in the batter and cover it completely.
5) Deep fry in oil.
6) Bread Cheese pakora is ready to eat. Serve it with Tomato Ketchup.
